PAGING PATCH for Extended Grid

Alex,
Please give functionality of Paging like as Grid 1.0. It was so good and simple to use.
I want to use v 2.0 but due to problems in Paging and Sorting. I can't.
Please Help.

That's the best paging example I've seen for ver 2.0

Thanks for response.
I had seen this link but it has so much of their own controls and paging is embeded in it. I am not able to seperate paging code from it.
I need Paging with dynamic data loading from database.
