Is it posible to scroll inside a tab/page?

See this url:
http://www.nooschool.com/amf/amf_home.cfm

On the bottom section of this page I will have more data than I can fit in the page.
I need to be able to scroll within the section . Any ideas?

Change overflow:hidden to overflow:scroll or auto (I see that you did this already :-)
