"..." for truncated cells missing.

I migrated some code from 2.0 to 2.2 and I noticed that when a cell gets truncated it no longer adds the "..." to the right side of the text to indicate that the cell is truncated. Is there a setting for this I am missing?

No, you don't need any special settings and ellipsis (...) should be there (but only in IE/Safari/Opera, not in Firefox).
