AW crashes and IE shows a script error

The error message is:
'this.getHeaderTemplate(...).element().offsetWidth' is null or not an object.

I have traced the error and it reflected on the AW.js

What must have been wrong?

Which AW version are you using? Which browser? Do you have this with standard examples or only with your code? How to reproduce this?

Version is 2.0.2. I am using Internet Explorer. This happens when im populating the grids, by clicking the buttons that call for data from the database. I was always clicking the buttons which queries for data from the database that is used to populate the grids, the interval of each click was 1/2 to 1/3 of a second(ive tried clicking so fast, clicking from 1 button to another). After some time the script error shows. The whole process takes about 10 to 15mins inorder to reproduce depending on the amount of data(number of columns in a grid for each query is not the same, some query buttons has 6-10 columns and has many datarows). I can't show you the code, i think this could be reproduced. Can you show me the standard example in using the Grid? If this will not be reproduced, maybe our code lack some lines in the correct implementation of an AW grid.
