Date Sorting -- calling all Grid Experts!!

Here is the code i am using..i am unable to sort the column wih Data and Time column..can someone please help!! I have been looking at examples Images.html which contains a Data and time column, but when i click the column the sort is not correct.

Can someone please guide in how to get the sort to work on Data? Help!! Help!!

Nobody can help you without something more specific - that is if the above is not related to your problem - you can not sort text as numbers, numbers as text and have it show up right ( alpha sorting numbers makes a list go 1,2,3,4,41,42,44,5,500000493999594,8,9)
