AW's grid is in "<span>" way, no "<table><tr><td>" Just like http://scbr.com/docs/products/dhtmlxGrid/index.shtml and infragistics's.

Anyone can tell me Why?

Because tables are a BAD thing to use in todays CSS driven designs. The AW grid and the entire AW framework do not use tables. You can create a table using the framewrok but the framework does not rely on them. I suggest a great book that explains the benefits of not using tables, it's called "HTML Utopia: Designing without using tables, using CSS" by Dan Shafer. It is a fantastic book to get you up to speed on CSS and the benefits it provides.
