Scroll arrows areas

Alex, I searched (in every lib .js file) how to detect events for scrolling arrows, but could not find it.
(ie firing a custom event onMouseOver any of the scroll arrows).
Could you please point me on the right direction?.

Are you talking about arrows which are part of the scrollbar? If so - I don't think it is possible to get a separate event for the arrow. I am only aware about onscroll event.
