Active Widge Expanding Menu - Style Sheet

I was wondering in the expanting file menu if you can replace the look and feel. The + and - icons are way too small for our users and I want to use a Rectangle block feel without an icon.

We have an active widget license, but I do not have access to the style sheet in order to make my design recommendations. Can you please assist.
