can i put 2 grids side by side and customize their headers?

Each table should be 50% of the screen, not fixed size...

Yes, you can put the two grids in a cel of a table with 50% width each column, then, each grid width will be 100% in the cell.

Yo need configure the headers and all propiety of each grid with css style configurations.
