setColumnWidth does not work for column 0

More information on this topic is available in the documentation section: /grid.howto.columns/width.html.

It works for all other columns, but not column 0. Why?

By the way, Am I the only one who thinks that the guys who developed the information architecture for this documentation should be taken out back and shot. I have never encountered such a jumbled up mess of half-baked, irrelevant material in my whole life.

setColumnWidth doesn't seem to work for FF v2.0.03. Is this a known issue? Works fine in IE6.

Agreed Frustrated User, trying to find anything in this documentation requires a degree in patience. Very poor design
