How to get the value of a check box which is inserted in a grid

I have inserted a AW.Templates.Checkbok in the AW.UI.Grid for each row.

while the form is submitting i have to take the value from the checkbox. If that value is true, i have to delete that row from DataBase.

Can any one help me in this issue
