Exporting to Excel but retaining hyperlink

Hi -

We are exporting the grid to excel without a problem however what is a hyperlink in the grid is not being exported to excel. How can I retain the hyperlink and the URL behind it - when exporting?

I don't think its possible with simple CSV, maybe you have to use excel XML format?
