image link through XML in grid does not work in Firefox

I got the code from a post here, by Alex. here is the Link : /javascript.forum.18679.4/image-link.html

The code works fine in IE but in Firefox the images are not displayed. Infact the links are not displayed. Can anyone please help me with this?

Difficult to guess - could you check with Firebug if the cell content is correct (contains the link)?
