Taking grid data into a textbox

How do i take values that are in a grid to a textbox so i can submit each data to the database. thank you in advance

Why would you want to insert the data from a grid into a text box first? Why not write it directly from the grid to the database?

I'm using jsp form so for me to submit values from a grid I thought if I take data that is in a grid to a hidden textbox it will be better. Please advise me on how could i do these.
