Return Last Point In Grid

I have an asp page that creates a grid, a user can select the user, then hit a button, this in turn does actions on the selected user, but when i refresh the grid, i want it to return to the spot where i was in the grid previous..

Is this possible? It should return the same set of data, with a few minor changes.
