Mac Meta-Key select

I was trying out the Grid Widget and noticed that on a Mac there's no Ctrl-Click to select non-contiguous rows. I've worked on something similar and know that all that's needed is to check for the Meta key at the same time you check for the Ctrl key. I was curious if this problem has already been solved or not. I apologize for not submitting my own solution, but I haven't had the time to look over the source.
