Timezone of the client machine

I want to know the Time zone of the client machine in JavaScript at client side, in the form GMT+5:30...please suggest me.

If you do a Google search with "JavaScript timezone" you will find hundreds of ways to do it. There is a JavaScript call from the Date() function to get this information.
