ImageTest in Grid

How can you use a AW.Templates.ImageText in a grid?
I know I can use grid.setCellTemplate(new AW.Templates.ImageText, x) to define the template for a column, but how do I define the fields that are to be used for the text and image name? If the column field says "favorites" it will show the text but not the image.
