Does anyone know how to turn of Mouse over info?

I find it absolutely maddening that I have to endure a large text box that pops up whenever I move the mose over any active text. I have seen several questions posed on this forum that sound like they are asking the same thing put am not sure what I am looking at. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Is this somehow related to ActiveWidgets?

I believe that is my question. I do not even know what a widget or active widgets are. But have seen a few post on this forum and others that suggest I might find more information here.

Thanks,

Is it possible to set an attribute of a pushbutton such that it doesn't
"raise" or "highlight" itself when the mouse pointer moves over it? If so,
which attribute am I looking for?

I believe it's a feature of the widgetstyle you are using.

I don't think so, but you could select another style or even create your own
style.
