[version 1.0] Fix for the column separator in Firefox 3

The column separator element of the AW grid 1.0 is broken in Firefox 3. To fix it add the following rule to the end of grid.css stylesheet -

.active-box-resize.gecko {font-size: 1px;}

(Attention - this patch is for AW version 1.0 only!)
