Running problem

Anyone have problems like me? Sometime when I am browsing the page that has grid. The status bar of IE just show status "Downloading data http://.../runtime/classic/activeui.css" and then IE just hang. But sometime it's running ok..no problem at all.
Is it because of IE problem?
