checkbox as a value in a cell?

hi all,

I am in need of your guidence in using checkbox as a value of the cell in the grid.
I am using V 2.0, in that I had inserted checkbox template in one column. I need to
get what are all the rows are selected in the list.

I want the solution to know, how to get those selection details and values of the
selected rows.
